剧场版动画《FateGrand Order 神圣圆桌领域 卡美洛》改编自同名手游剧情第6章，剧场版将分前后篇。舞台即为，圆桌骑士们集结的圣都。人理续存保障机构·迦勒底把优先让人类史延续下去作为至尊理念，为了观测仅靠魔术无法看见，仅靠科学无法测量的世界，预防会导致人类决定性灭绝的事件而日夜研究个不停。然而某天，迦勒底持续观测的未来领域消失了，根据计算，发现——不，是证明了人类将于2017年灭绝。在这过程中，历史上数个不同的位置突然出现了「无法观测的领域」。迦勒底将这些假定为人类灭绝的原因，发布了将调查、究明，或是破坏特异点为目的的“圣杯探索”任务——也就是冠位指定（Grand Order）。身负任务的立香与玛修的目的地，是确认出现在1273年的特异点。收起
